Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
We had some perks: free dinner, drink etc. The founder really took care of creating a "cool" atmosphere. We had a nice paycheck and interesting projects.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
In my personal experience, the management was quite rude and impolite. Also, it didn't trust the employees and was controlling of how and what we do.

The management has to take care of the way they communicate with the employees.

The atmosphere was fine: we had get together a lot and were hanging out together quite a lot.

It was all fine except for the managements attitude towards the employees.

The management didnt care about work life balance and would expect you too work whenever the wanted.

The management was rude, intimidating and sometimes even insulting.

The projects I was given were pretty cool.

We at XALT always strive for the best possible work experience for our employees. We know very well that the satisfaction of our employees is directly connected to the satisfaction of our customers. We take great pains to ensure there is a sensible balance of the needs of the business and the lives we all live outside of work. It sounds like, in your case, we did not live up to our own high standards. Particularly distressing to us is that we may have treated someone in a rude or insulting way. It is our intent to handle every situation in a completely professional and respectful way. We here are all humans and can fall short of our own lofty goals and when that happens, we offer our genuine apologies and promise to continue to work hard to live up to our ideals.
