Everyday stress and exploiting for nothing
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
We laughed a lot, as the CEOs have a good sense of humour!
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The relation between taking and giving doesn´t fit at all.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Start living what you teach especially when it comes to leadership.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Constant observation by the two CEOs in an poisonous atmosphere
Kommunikation
No open and honest communication, gossiping behind the back of employees
Kollegenzusammenhalt
In a poisonous atmosphere you need to stand together
Work-Life-Balance
EVERY DAY you need to give 100%, extra hours are for free, while the CEOs are observing your performance.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The CEOs do leadership workshops, but they absolutely don´t live what they teach. Appreciation at the beginning of your contract is shared in order to increase your performance. If you don´t perform well, you can feel how exclusion and punishment feels like. One of the CEOs really has big problems with herself and always needs a person to humiliate, so that she is able to detract from her own problems.
Interessante Aufgaben
The challenges and tasks are really cool, as the company knows how to sell.
Gleichberechtigung
We were half men and half women in the team, so yes, there was diversity.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
If you are cool and fancy enough, they will probably respect you.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The company itself sits in the Wayra office space which is really cool with lots of nice people. The only thing is that there is no time to chat with the community, as the CEOs want you to work every minute of the day. Sometimes you even feel bad, when you have to go to the toilet.
And don´t forget to bring your private computer...you will need it for work!
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Environment didn´t play a role while I was working there.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Little money for a lot of responsibility
Image
As I already mentioned, the company and the CEOs know how to sell, so the image of the company is quite good - as long as you don´t take a look into the organisation itself.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
It is expected that you work as a senior, while you are paid as junior. There is no professional development, as there is 1. no time, 2. no money, 3. no real interest in developing their employees.
