Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Very different than what people told me an Austrian company would look like (Highly vertical orientated, little freedom). It is opposite of that and I think that is a good thing. Open communication and horizontally orientated, lots of room for initiative, taking responsibility, learning.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Maybe more Abstimmung among all divisions with the goal to even out the work pressure more throughout the whole year and less high peaks. That also could save unnecessary costs for overtime.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Trust, lots of opportunity to learn and doing that also a mistake is allowed, mainly positive vibe, very good handling of the uncertainties with the COVID-19 situation in the tourist industry.
Kommunikation
Overall good. Sometimes I wonder if the different divisions know about and understand each others difficulties in the tasks and responsibilities. And also about when the busy periods are where there is little room for extra tasks. Even when they seem small.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Mainly smooth teamwork in our Resort in Piesendorf. We all have our qualities and downfalls and learned to deal with them as a team and from each other.
Work-Life-Balance
I did have a problem with that but that is solved now as far as it can be solved with the postion I have now.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Very open communication. No middle-man, and I see that as very positive.
Interessante Aufgaben
Of course all jobs also have some non-interesting tasks. And here, certainly if you are eager, there is so much interesting to learn besides that.

Even after pushing the 'i' button I still am not certain if I understand the question. I think in this company also this isn't an issue. I am quite new to the company and also I am old. I feel my previous experience I bring to the table is appreciated and welcome.

In some area's in IT, company-wide, we need an update and that is being worked on.

Personally I had an issue but that is solved after I discussed this.

In the whole the image is good. Of course also this company get mentioned in a bad way once in a while. That seems quite normal to me as nothing and nobody is perfect to everyone all of the time. And certainly not in a growing and evolving company.
