A lot of institutionalized communication has been introduced during the last year such as newsletters and update calls. Also new is the possibility to ask questions to management directly in different settings. Of course there can always be more transparency

My co-workers are the best; the events such as the events based on the multicultural origin of my colleagues are great

In some areas the company is very busy and a lot of change is ongoing; together with the team it is possible to balance the workload

Due to the growth of the company it is agile and not standardized. this can be challenging especially for managers. Sometimes there could be more focus on information flow and appreciation.

The office is modern and open space and the IT equipment is great. The meeting rooms are not always working properly

Nothing to complain. It will be interesting how AOP Health is presenting the ESG reports and what actions will be taken in future

Latest changes were appreciated and AOP Health is comparable to the industry standard
