A lot of institutionalized communication has been introduced during the last year such as newsletters and update calls. Also new is the possibility to ask questions to management directly in different settings. Of course there can always be more transparency

In some areas the company is very busy and a lot of change is ongoing; together with the team it is possible to balance the workload

The office is modern and open space and the IT equipment is great. The meeting rooms are not always working properly
