Returning to its original values and identity and not trying to act as big pharma - apply flexibility, trust and appreciation of the employees. Not just claiming to do so.

Within the departments it varies, but some are great. However, the overall climate set by the CEOs is terrible, build on control, micromanaging and zero trust and transparency and lack of emphathy - very old school.

Terrible, almost no time for a personal life and no understanding either from the top.

The “new” CEOs have more or less disrupted the fine culture there was before. And still believe they are doing everything right - pure feedback resistance and total lack of empathy. If you see room for improvement, you are wrong!
Interessante Aufgaben
The tasks can be interesting, but it tends to drown as you are constantly overloaded with too much work and putting out fires.
