Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The social component is very significant. If there are health or psychological issues, the employer supports their employees and tries to help as much as possible.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The pay does not meet international standards, particularly when compared to inflation and the cost of living in Austria. I view the claim that the collective bargaining negotiations had a significant impact on the quarterly results very critically and do not find this portrayal accurate.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

The creation of duty rosters is largely not aligned with the employees. I can only speak for the onboard staff here. Personal preferences are little to not at all considered. Consequently, there is often frustration throughout the workforce, as the duty rosters naturally have a significant impact on private and leisure life. Additionally, the vacation policy does not allow for longer breaks even outside the peak seasons. In my opinion, there is great potential for motivation here.
