I find it really bad that the connection between employee and employer is somehow in the way that employee has to get the job done always under the stress of losing the job and not getting paid as the average value of the market and always keep pushing their employee to the limit as much as possible. Not understanding the work-life balance and expecting that the employer sacrifice himself for the goal of the company just because others do the same. This was my experience though only in the IT department.

Employer might have to change the mindset of capitalism towards their programmers.

As to my experience of working as a software developer it is extremely stressful And without any job security

Between team members is just great everybody tried to talk with you about the problems and getting suggestions and also advise you in terms of problems

I would say that probably the only strong point is a cohesion on colleagues

Work-Life-Balance

Unfortunately, I have to say that between all of the positions that I had so far this was the most intensive not work life balance that I’ve ever experienced. It’s just doesn’t exist. Expectation is that the order person do that? So you have to also sacrifice that personal life.

My experience from supervisor behaviour was that they’re just there to cause you more stress to threaten you more for you to lose your job unless you put more effort to the job more of everything and less of everything that comes to the payment. You kind of feel like that nobody cares about your work life balance and family

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Team communication is just great team members try to support each other as much as possible and to be there for each other but this pressure is on everybody so you can see that on every person and also you can see that every person is struggling with it.

Arbeitsbedingungen

My experience was the amount of stress will go higher and higher till you just start to see yourself distracted with multiple expectations from each part of the team. Which eventually cause more stress for employee. There is no limit, there is no boundaries about the tasks that you’ve got to get done. Overworking must be accepted as a part of your life and you have to understand that not getting paid for that overworking time is something absolutely usual – you have to deal with it.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Extremely conservative when it comes to the payment. Plan is to pay as minimum as possible even though hiring employees from the other countries to pay them as low as possible and at the same time get the most work out of them

Karriere/Weiterbildung

You’ll be overwhelmed with the tasks and you don’t find any time for further education
