I can barely remember being appreciated or encouraged, either in writing or verbally.

I had requests related to important implementation aspects for which no response has been provided even up to this day.
The latest home office rule is a good idea (60% Home Office - 40% Office), but the colleague cohesion should be improved for in my case there was no difference between being in the office or working from home as on average I had the same number of discussions in both scenarios.

The provided flexibility eases the working process.
Nevertheless, the 60%-40% rule could have been implemented in a more progressive way, with a non-mandatory character at first.

The goal-setting process is still unclear.
The performance results should provide an extensive feedback for all the topics you are evaluated against instead of a brief description which consists mainly of the received grades.
