Lack of vision, constant restructurings. CEO gets bored every 6 months and comes up with "something new" to make things "agile" and "efficient".
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Listen to people. Talk to people. Don't listen in one ear and letting things fly away from another. The ideas must be taken into account, the feedback, the ways of work. Level of appreciation needs to be increased. Right now there is 3-5% of people that are "golden children" and the rest is undervalued. Sad.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Thanks to the coworkers the overall atmosphere was nice and friendly. Yet thanks to the management the vibe was always lower than it could've been.
Kommunikation
Communication was never the strongest part of the company. Only after many complains from the employees there was some movement to share certain details.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
One of the most capable teams I've had a chance to work with.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The compensation is under the market. Specific positions are underpaid. Some "favorites" are earning more than the rest. Thus it is hard to draw a fair line between different positions, teams and individuals to give a clear rating.

Surprisingly, people who are still there are thinking reasonably high about the company. But the 40% that left (forcefully or on their own) can tell a different story.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Usually there are many talks, but little action. Usually there is simply no time for extra growth. Certain managers are eager to assist, but little they can do.
