i would say almost everything is bad: top management, vision, communication, etc.

90% of them have no clue about what's happening in their departments and do not care about it. whenever a task arrives, they throw it over the fence to their team members without even questioning the capacity, some of them on the same level of competence. Consequently, many things are not done or done badly without any consequence. immediately an alignment meeting will take place, some minion will be found guilty and things will continue.they maintain(ed) a lie about the company toward the CEO, until the bubble was recently popped by the acquisition of the company. some of them manage to float. simply by firing top management who keeps people from doing their work and not hiring a replacement, the company will do 10 times better.
