The company is a joke, really. Interview process was not thorough, but took waaaay longer than needed. My final interview was postponed on the very day of the interview. Twice.
(I have to say, that HR ladies were very helpful during the paperwork gathering, so kudos to them).
They have cancelled my contract via email, after a month of interview process and two month or paperwork gathering / visa. Not as much as a personal phone call with an apology. Do they not understand the implications of their actions, and how it affects people's lives? Unprofessional, irresponsible, unbelievably inconsiderable.
If you don't have enough savings, or a social security - don't get the job offer, and especially if you have to relocate or need a visa sponsorship.

I have experienced a really positive interview with epitome Team. Entire process was really fast, transparent and supportive.
1st round was with a Purchasing Director, during it we could openly discuss a position scope, challenges to be solved in the position and exchange on the strategy towards them. Discussion was straightforward and engaging.
2nd round was with a Recruiting Manager and the rest of the Purchasing Team. Discussion was really positive. During that I answered questions and could get to know the Team. The question I was asked were very to the point and showed deep expertise of the Team.

Overall process was really fast and felt like a modern approach. We have finalised the recruiting process within 2-3 weeks, which is really fast.

Company is very sensitive to sharing information about the product, where I would wish to get more information, but that could be also understood.

I enjoyed this experience and getting to know the epitome Team.
