Generally a good place to work but lacks structure and leadership
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Very flexible, you have a lot of freedom to do what you want and to define your own role.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Expectations are often not clear, which leads to uncertainty and second guessing. Lots of things that shouldn't really be tolerated are tolerated for a long time until it becomes too much, and then it escalates. Communication is really not good, both from upper management and amongst team. There is very little trust, and that comes from the top and trickles down.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Have an actual office policy that people are expected to follow. Set up your trams so that they are co-located in the same city as much as possible. Create some more structure and guidelines to protect the culture you want to have.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Generally good, except that most reams are distributed between vienna, bratislava, and Prague. This means that basically every meeting is a hybrid meeting, and the team dynamic really suffers
Kommunikation
Communication is lacking, people often seem to complain amongst themselves rather than just talking directly to relevant people.
Work-Life-Balance
Very good, but possibly too tolerant of people not coming to office or always having some excuses when it comes to on-site events.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Depends on who your line manager is but this is generally good in my experience
Interessante Aufgaben
This depends on where you are and what team you are in
Arbeitsbedingungen
The overall conditions are good but I find the campus to be lacking on some basic things. Some meetings rooms don't have cameras or they don't work, the internet connection is sometimes bad, desks cannot be booked so you sometimes don't know if you will have a desk (or if you will have a desk near the rest of your team)
Karriere/Weiterbildung
They do support people attending conferences or getting certifications, but career paths are not all that clear.
