Very open culture that also includes giving/ taking feedback.
As the Austrian office is part of the overall Flexso organization, it happens that one works together virtually with colleagues in other European countries, which works very well
Kommunikation
Different channels are used to provide employees with communication/ information.
Besides the normal emails, a strong point is the knowledge sharing via Sharepoint and MS Teams groups and the option to use yammer to ask questions, inform colleagues about findings, etc.
Besides that there are also meetings where important company internal/ HR topics/ status updated are presented
Kollegenzusammenhalt
In Austria it's a small team, so you know your colleagues quite well and if you are running short on time for a project or need some info, normally there is always someone in the team or in the bigger Flexso organization that willingly helps with the issue
Work-Life-Balance
Depends on the question in which phase the project(s) is (are), during "normal" times the balance is quite ok, in times where there's much to do for projects, it can happen that one is doing overtime to fit everything in
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Very flat hierarchy, mostly independently work in teams, alignment with the 'manager' on which projects are in the pipeline, who would be planned for it and if the person can take it over
At least yearly a Development Talk where also feedback is given/ taken
Interessante Aufgaben
It's IT Consulting Business - so if one likes Project work with changing customers, it is very interesting and offers divers tasks
Arbeitsbedingungen
The office is in an old style Viennese Building - I do like that style, but this is depending on the individual taste.
The furnishing was done 2018 and is in good shape, the equipment is adequate - if the computers would be too old, then I as Consultant couldn't do my work properly.
All work places have day light access, the lighting is good, ventilation and noise level depend on the question in which office room you are working - there are not fixed work places assigned.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Regarding environmental protection I am only aware about the garbage separation in the office, social awareness projects/ campaigns are not started from the Austrian office so far but are done via the Flexso/ Cronos organization.

I have the impression that the attempt of the company to give the people space to work in their own pace as well as giving the people unity within the company works quite well, there are of course sometimes smaller topics where things can be improved, but overall it is working very well, which also leads to the fact that people stay in the company for a longer period and identify with the company quite well
Karriere/Weiterbildung
As Consultant for an SAP SuccessFactor Partners, you need Certifications for the different modules you are working with and need to stay up to date.
The company offers time to acquire these certificates and/ or to research topics that one is interested.
Besides that internal (evening) sessions take place where one can see other modules/ topics (also outside of SuccessFactors) or get best practise or lessons learned information from projects.
