It's great to hear that you appreciate the flexibility in choosing your work hours. Regarding the allocation of shifts, we are constantly working on improvements to our system. The details about slot allocation and payment are transparent and can be found in the Rider Guide. The slot system is designed to offer flexibility, which is ideal for those who prefer not to have a fixed routine.
We understand that the nature of the job can feel isolating, but we encourage collegial exchange through our Discord channels and the Rider Station, which provides space for interaction.
As for working in adverse weather conditions, we recognize that it's a challenging part of the job. While some aspects of the job are unavoidable, we are committed to reviewing our policies to ensure the safety and comfort of our riders. We provide the right equipment for all weather conditions and regularly send out warnings about severe weather to ensure our riders' safety.
