Horrible micromanaging. No possibility of taking vacations from August to December due to financial budgeting process. Management actively tries to suppress your ability to take overtime hours off.

In my opinion the management should stop hiring new people just to burn and churn through them and instead focus on the improvement of the internal processes in order to maintain a minimal level of employee engagement and retention. Your financial stuff is literally running away from you (in a team of 6 a total of 5 people quit in the span of 18 months). The attrition rates are absolutely horrendous and literally nobody takes any responsibility for the departure of your most senior people in the controlling workstream from the management layer.
