Really empowering atmosphere, where my perspective was heard and valued. I always felt appreciated for my contributions and if needed, I knew who to reach out to help me further. In general the atmosphere is very hands-on and collaborative as we all want to grow the product and market impact together. People care for each other and company events were a lot of fun, thanks for always inviting me :-)!
