More 1:1 meetings (employee with team lead) with organisational related topics to cover. Not just task/duties - related.
That would help to get feedback from employees and use it to reinforce Teams collaboration (vertically and horizontally).

Very easy-going, nice working atmosphere. Support among colleagues is something in hk’s DNA.
Thank to the diverse team events and internally organized smaller events one can reinforce working relationships.

Definitely something that hotelkit strives for. Thanks to the flexible working times and the possibility of combining office and home-office work one easily finds time for their private life.

Relationship with other colleagues and department, no matter the age was always based on respect.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The new office is definitely something else. The new technical set-up for everyone’s table, the amount of telephone boxes, the common areas, meeting rooms and their booking systems make the daily work easier for the company, which is constantly increasing its employees numbers.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Sustainability is very present at hotelkit. Furthermore, the culture manager and the green team well assure that the different actions to ensure a sustainable day-to-day in the office are taken seriously.

Constant workshops and learning sessions are scheduled in the different departments.
Sometimes they are carried out by an internal employee of hotelkit and some other times they are provided by an external figure.
Every department is as well more than invited to suggest which topics they’d like to cover or deep-dive more.
If something interests you at an individual level, you are as well invited to suggest it and evaluate the suitability with your team lead.
