2. The way employee-employer relationships are handled when it comes to an end (either mutually or one-sided). That also explains the bad image/reviews. People remember their last few weeks more strongly than years before that.

Really depends on your individual time management. I work full time in a senior position and have a family, yet I can manage my work-personal life very well.

There is no supervisor per se. Founders and people in decision making positions are young but nice folks who work on the challenges they can see. But they could benefit more from hiring experienced people for critical decision making positions to shorten the 'learning from mistakes' time.

This is the core line of business of the Company but they could do more to incorporate it in their everyday business as well.

The company is actually better than the image portrayed by reviews. Very bad reviews may also come from really inexperienced folks who expect workplace to be a perfect place that does not exist anywhere.

As a startup, it is difficult for them to support continuing education the same way as big companies can do.
