Personal boundaries overstepped so many times.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

You are on your own really. You can make some strategic alliances but in general the colleagues within one department put pressure on each other and there's no real trust. Several times I was told to "spy" on my colleague during a business trip, which is very telling.

Work-Life-Balance

You get messages on your private phone from colleagues on a Saturday, to send offers etc.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Unprofessional, do not care about ppl and do not care for them. 360° degree feedback feels like constantly having a chip on your shoulder.

Interessante Aufgaben

Highly repetitive work. However you also get a lot of responsibility and you can do things on your own which can be very motivating.
