Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

truly international organization with AT HQ;
great and future-proof products;
provides many opportunities to strengthen skills and grow;
great colleagues
perfect office location, fantastic food in company restaurant

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

some of us have too much on their plates;
cross-divisional/-departmental cooperation can still be improved
cultural change needs time, not everyone is happy, actively address change topics

Verbesserungsvorschläge

allow for time to stabilize processes and for integration of recently acquired sites; invest in IT infrastructure to reduce manual work in several areas

Arbeitsatmosphäre

I see a "can do" attitude with most colleagues. after a growth phase we are now working on stabilizing the organization and establishing proper systems and processes. This will still take a while and requires a lot of effort from many people. But it is also a great opportunity to shape the future of the company.

good exchange with colleagues and direct manager, general information to be found on intranet

I have rustful relationships with many colleagues, we support each other; in some departments this could be improved

as there is so much to do right now, many of us have long working hours; but as long as I see the outcome of my efforts, this is OK
