team managers and management are always updating the employees about the progress of the projects, company's financial situation, software upgrades, legal changes, security updates, etc. There is always an open channel of communication between employees and management.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Team colleagues are always very helpful, supportive and friendly. Colleagues from other teams rarely are not that helpful or available and take a lot of time to response and hard to deal with.

the core working hours are between 09:00 and 15:00, and the rest is generally flexible. Employees can easily manage their private life beside work and plan their vacations ahead (which is usually accepted right away). Leave is also easily planned with the team manager.

the HR are always available to intervene in case of a conflict appears and generally conflicts are handled as fast as possible and privately. For decisions regarding projects, all the team is involved in taking the decision.

in the beginning, all tasks are interesting and new but of course with time it gets less interesting because they are repeated. However, there are a lot of projects with different use cases every now and then.

the offices are spacious and comfortable but they are a bit noisy if there are many people in calls. The hardware provided by the company is modern and is renewed every few years and same as chairs and desks.

the company is full aware of the environmental challenges and is supporting and raising awareness for it. Employees are encouraged to commute by bikes, E-bikes or public transportation. There are always events/seminars/sessions to raise awareness about social and environmental challenges.

Salaries are above average and very few companies pay more in similar job positions. Salaries are paid on time or earlier every month and other benefits from the company are given to employees (either in terms of money as in yearly and monthly bonus or more vacation hours)

I believe the company is underrated and there are employees who talk down about the company and that's probably because of the "old technology" that is used but this is changing with time and technology is improving now

the career opportunities in the company are plenty and in all teams in case someone wants to change teams. the promotion ladder is also clear to employees and they know where they can see themselves in 5-10 years if they want to move up the ladder. Further education opportunities are also possible where the company has some topics and workers can work on for their Masters or PhD thesis.
