Great in the Past, but the Future Feels Uncertain
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Great colleagues – Talented, passionate, and supportive coworkers who make daily work enjoyable.
Fantastic location – Being in the heart of Vienna provides excellent accessibility and a vibrant environment.
Strong external image – The company still presents itself as modern and forward-thinking, attracting ambitious young professionals.
Sustainability efforts (in some areas) – While uneven across departments, some teams are genuinely committed to environmental goals.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
One or two years ago, this was a truly great place to work. There was a sense of purpose, a dynamic culture, and a perception that hiring and promotion were based on merit. Unfortunately, over the past year, things have changed significantly, and much of the joy has disappeared.

At times, it almost feels like the loss of joy is intentional—like HR leadership wants to keep everyone on edge, avoiding too much comfort or trust among colleagues. This new leadership style may have its rationale, but for me, it’s simply not working.
Thinking about 'ideas for improvement' just feels disheartening, as there’s little indication that anyone in top management is genuinely interested in listening or making meaningful changes.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The atmosphere has shifted from energizing and collaborative to uncertain and disheartening, with many employees feeling like their contributions and growth no longer truly matter.
Kommunikation
Management communicates well on the surface, with polished messaging, but it does not feel authentic.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Despite the challenges, the company is still full of talented, passionate colleagues who support each other and make daily work enjoyable.
Work-Life-Balance
Work-life balance is generally respected on paper, but in practice, the demands and expectations often make it difficult to truly disconnect.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Leadership presents itself as open and employee-focused, but in reality, decisions often feel top-down, with little backbone or genuine consideration for feedback or long-term impact.
Interessante Aufgaben
Genuinely interesting tasks seem reserved for those who fully align with the prevailing leadership style—challenging ideas or thinking independently often means being sidelined.
Arbeitsbedingungen
One undeniable highlight is the fantastic location in the heart of Vienna, offering great accessibility and a vibrant environment right outside the office doors.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
While some departments are truly committed to environmental goals, in others, sustainability feels more like a branding exercise than a genuine priority.
Many young colleagues are drawn to the company for its sustainability commitments and modern, forward-thinking image. Sadly, disillusionment sets in quickly. When tough choices arise, short-term commercial success tends to win over long-term vision, which raises questions about the company’s real priorities.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
A few years ago, this was a truly great place to work. There was a sense of purpose, a dynamic culture, and a perception that hiring and promotion were based on merit. Unfortunately, over the past year, things have changed significantly, and much of the joy has disappeared.
Where leadership opportunities once seemed open to those who demonstrated skill and dedication, it now feels as though past affiliations—particularly with a specific American company—matter more than actual merit. This shift has been disappointing and has altered the sense of fairness within the organization.
