Run far away! Terrible management of a company.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- overworked employees while others do half the job
- no leadership
- meeting culture - there has to be a meeting for everything with way too many people involved
- salary
- think about why customers are not satisfied with the products you deliver and try to improve
Verbesserungsvorschläge
- check your supervisors only because people are in the company for a longer time does not mean they can do the job
- listen to your employees
- improve the quality of the products you deliver; focus on one topic and then become the best in that field; a company with 50 people cannot do 500 different things at once
- have a vision and a clear strategy behind it (get external help if you do not know how to make a good strategy)
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Most of the work falls on individual people who are completely overworked; People with only a 3 month programming course have too much responsibilities.
There is a constant need to train new project managers because they resign one after another due to the excessive workload and pressure. The management is disastrous - problems are not addressed but are instead dismissed and covered up.
Otherwise meeting culture - too much talking and no action. Everything has to be discussed at least 5 times - people who have nothing to do with the subject are getting involved which makes it very complicated. Sometimes it felt like they want meetings in their calendar to seem more important. Way too many people think their opinion is the only correct one without listening to others. In general nobody listens - neither HR nor supervisors. If you want to discuss an issue - save you time.
Kommunikation
There is no honest communication. Outwardly to the employees, everything seems great, which is a big lie. Promises are made that are either not fulfilled or cannot be fulfilled.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The people who truly work together and try to accomplish something well can be counted on one hand. Many work primarily for their own benefit rather than delivering good quality. Others then have to pay for this once again. However, no one is held accountable
Work-Life-Balance
As I said, some do no work. Others have to compensate for this. Therefore, some have the easiest life while others suffer. There are strict office days - which is terrible as all meetings are schedules in those two days.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Terrible. Supervisors who don't listen to their employees. Some supervisors just push their work onto others - zero leadership. Many are also very unqualified as supervisors - the main concern was that the people were cheap, not that they were qualified as leaders. It feels like the CEO and HR are only interested in their own well-being. You can only rely on your supervisors very, very rarely.
Interessante Aufgaben
There are different projects, some of which are quite exciting.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There are no older colleagues.
Arbeitsbedingungen
For some better; for some terrible. No appreciation.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
There are bins to separate trash in the office.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Really poor salary. You get the minimum even though an all-in contract. and I did never receive an increase in salary.
Image
They want to invent nearly everything new. The results are often high costs, timelines which cannot be fulfilled and half produced products.
