Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The office, atmosphere and people in Vienna. Flexibility to work from home. The benefits (Vienna public transport ticket, 8€ for lunch, coaching, personal training budget, additional pension plan, rewards program ...).
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The corporate way taking over. If modern company culture and leadership are important to you, you won't be happy here.

Prioritize the upkeep of an open culture, agile working and modern leadership. Don't underestimate how important these aspects are to existing and potential employees nowadays.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
One can still notice the effect of the amazing, exemplary leaders from the past. It is reflected in the atmosphere in the office and in the culture still upheld by the longer-term employees in Vienna. I would give 5 stars for this.
Since the Roche takeover, many mySugr leaders have left and have been replaced by managers from Roche (a traditional company that doesn't have a modern leadership culture). Departments are now "global", which means the corporate culture is taking over even more easily.
The agile way is no more, even though we have agile departments.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The people and teams in Vienna have very strong ties, but this is more difficult on department level where there is often a clash of mindsets. I am one of the lucky ones in this respect that's why 5 stars.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Becoming very corporate, top-down. Even those leaders that we have left in Vienna are restricted in what they can do.

Depends on the department. The corporate environment does offer many possibilities on a global scale, but there are fewer options in Vienna.
