The Leadership Team is very passive, there is almost no communication with them. HR department changed for the worse in the last year: they became very formal and slow. Very often, HR people simply do not reply to the emails or behave unfairly without explaining the reason for their action.

To take care of people, to ask them personally why do they leave the company and to reflect on feedback people try to give you.

Almost all the colleagues are nice and friendly. You fell safe at mySugr.

It is the weakest point of mySugr. There is almost no communication with the Leadership Team and HR. Communication between different departments should be improved as well.
Work-Life-Balance
There is always lots of things to do, however, mySugr is a good place to keep healthy work-life balance.
Gleichberechtigung
mySugr is not fair in this regard. There are almost no women in the Leadership Team. The Leadership Team promised to improve it, but there are no real outcomes, only words.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
mySugr has great offers for professional education, but they are not transparent in relation to career development
