The communication flow is much better already, but some processes still need a better definition.

People are helping each other and are usually very friendly. There is no strong hierarchy.
Kommunikation
As the company is still young and many processes are quite new or are changing, communication can sometimes be a challenge. However, the team leads are trying their best to align everybody and distribute knowledge. Recently a newsletter and an info show in the kitchen were introduced.

People really help each other and also hang out together after work.

Work times are flexible and sure there are times when there is more work, but as there is no all-in contracts, that is fair as well.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The big majority of team leads are acting as an example. You feel that you can always talk to them.

The company keeps growing and each months can bring new challenges and tasks.
Gleichberechtigung
There is a female co-founder and I have not see cases where somebody got discriminated.

The workspaces are nice and there is also a recreational area outside.
