Arbeitsatmosphäre
The atmosphere is one of the biggest positive factors. Almost everyone is kind.
Kommunikation
Communication is one of the biggest factors that still need improvement/change.
From my experience, this comes down to a few people who don't really know how to communicate properly.
Therefore sometimes critical information is not shared or shared far too late, which frustrates multiple people after and causes a lot of work for them.
Even if this is brought up multiple times and discussions are held regarding communication issues, nothing is truly changing.
Also important dates are not held - often without communication.
In my opinion, the people who can't communicate would have to change position.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The team members within one department are working well together (from my experience).
Cooperation with other departments would need to be improved - it comes down to communication again.
Sometimes it feels like each department is working on their own and not considering other departments at all or what kind of influence their work has on other departments.

Homeoffice should be increased and also pushed more to represent a modern business

I know that they are trying their best, but there is still a lot of room for improvement

The salary should be higher for almost all employees, from what I have heard, but there is no official open communication about salaries.
Raises should be applied regularly and without having to ask for it multiple times (if the work is good) -> puts a bad light on the management and makes the employee feel as if they are a burden

Due to bigger mistakes in the past, the image is not great
Karriere/Weiterbildung
They have recently started with programs/courses and should invest a lot more into it. I think it would improve overall happiness and the company would finally lose their "startup" image.
