Sexism, Nepotism and no grattitude
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The self confidence to seemingly never listen to the market.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
All of the above
Verbesserungsvorschläge
I dont think, they want to provide a good workplace, they have the means and they have been told what people want/need.
Profit before people.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Horrible, most people, think of quitting, HR is the reason why in many cases
Kommunikation
Not there, even employees that are close to leadership can't give clear instructions because everything changes after one CEO lunch meeting
Kollegenzusammenhalt
None, basically just infighting, cliques and so on. Forget counseling, HR is part of it and CEOs don't care.
Work-Life-Balance
Pretty good in some jobs, in others theres literally yelling and favorism and nobody cares
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Sexual innuendos, inappropriate language and you get fired for criticizing it.
Interessante Aufgaben
Depending on the profession.
Gleichberechtigung
There is one female teamlead and no poc.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There are none
Arbeitsbedingungen
Ranging from normal, to drastic. Ceo occupies offices you can fit 2 cars into, while being abroad most of the year, while office management (for example)(3 people) sit in one, a quarter of the size
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
CEO on company instagram story: " i value the Chinese work mentality, they work 18h shifts daily"
Also: "there is a lot of trash in the countryside in southeast Asia.. thats nice, this way I have something to shoot with our new slingshot"
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Decent. Good if you are in management, or involved with the founder.
Image
A few will tell you differently, but no one is truly happy.
Even people that have been there for a while are starting to get frustrated with the lack of well too many things to list.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Depending on department, but below average. Good if you are (again) involved with the founder.
