Arbeitsatmosphäre
High pressure atmosphere, expected to work during sick leave, expected to work during vacation, expected to work on weekends, expected to work overdue hours with seemingly bad conditions of compensation. You will be gaslighted to do all of this "voluntarily". Very americanized culture.
Kommunikation
Communication is kept as minimal as possible, leading entities make the impression as if they would try to have controlled information channels for active censorship of people.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Egocentric workplace, everyone against everyone. Highly competetive. No team play.
Work-Life-Balance
Very bad as explained in point "atmosphere". There are people who burn out in this company or get depression and end up hospitalized.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Impression that leading entities actively lie to their employees, seemingly trying to keep them low.
Interessante Aufgaben
Only for people that work 10+ years at NXP or start at NXP in a senior position with previously having 10+ years of industry experience. Most people get very repetetive standardized tasks. A lot of copy + pasting of old solutions. Focus on quantity of products (as many releases as possible) and absolutely no sense for quality.
Gleichberechtigung
Sexual harassement of women and LGBTIQ* members seems very normalized in this company. HR and workers council seem to look away from problems. Very ironic for the fact that they advertise on social media with being an open minded company. It seems like a system that is not preventing harassment and doesn't want to get involved in problems of employees regarding this.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
The older you are in this company the better. Especially old men with central european background might have a good time here.
Arbeitsbedingungen
System with a lot of different work contracts and conditions of contracts. Often in benefit of letting employees work a lot of overtime hours with seemingly bad conditions of compensation.
Even worse for students as they get hired with freelance contracts paid in hourly rate, but still expected wo work on similar contexts like fully employed coworkers.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Hard to tell for a company that is making profit from silicon based products where it is commonly known that people who work in silicon mines are getting mistreated very bad. System that violates human rights in countries that mine silicon for their chip production.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Seems very high for manager positions and extremely low for engineer positions based on impression that overtime hours are compensated with seemingly bad conditions.

Has a really good marketing department, public image of the company is kept very good.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Very bad, impression that people are kept low and lied to for years about getting promoted. Bonuses are seemingly low and the only promotions are mainly in responsibilities.
