Communication can not defined on the organization level alone as it is more person to person. The overall communication within the organization is absolutely perfect but there is always a room for improvement within the teams or departments which can be worked out internally.

You will be asked for your well-being by most of the colleagues around, some of them might be from other departments or teams - this is really good. You will get the highest level of regard from everyone around and this is the PALFINGER CULTURE which is being followed by everyone around.
Work-Life-Balance
You have your own working hours to chose, you are allowed to work from home for 100 days in a calendar year. You can set-up your home office and get paid extra for each day you work from home (incentives). You have the full support from your team and the supervisor. You can work for less hours in a week and complete the balance hours in next 2-3 months and this is really cool to balance your personal and professional life.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
It is always from person to person and it also depends on your individual behavior as well. This should not be evaluated on the Organization level at all. For me, I had a very good relationship with my ex-supervisor and I have a very good relationship with my current supervisor too.
