The flexibility between private life and work is very convenient and well respected. I am a student support however and I heard many full time colleagues complaining about stress.

Verbesserungsvorschläge
I feel that despite being a very international environment, the underlying fundamentals remains Austrian and this makes it more difficult for people who are not German speaking natives to advance further or fully feel integrated.

I was hired together with another female student and I feel that she had to do so much more to prove herself and her worth than me. Also majority of leaders/ B1 and B2 managers are men
