Overall, the atmosphere in the bank is very friendly. However, this is highly dependent on the department and manager. In some departments, an atmosphere of terror prevails, often emanating from a member of the board or a top manager of the bank. This can be expressed in the strictest adherence to hierarchy, dismissive and disrespectful attitude towards employees, and inconsistency in the actions of the manager.
