There are lots and lots of benefits and perks. The company has lot of resources so the feeling of a stable and big player always stays.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
There is no chance when you try internal movement. I quit after looking for an internal change as they do not seem to value people who was in the system but prefer to look for talents from outside. If you know the boss then you can be a boss too.

Be more agile and embrace change. Managers should be ready be a servant leader than acting boss.
