Working at RBI was an eye-opening experience, but not in a positive way. The toxicity from the management team overshadowed any potential benefits of working here. Managers consistently displayed unprofessional behavior, including favoritism, micromanagement, and blatant disregard for employee well-being.

Overall, RBI’s toxic management practices created a workplace that was not only unpleasant but also detrimental to employee growth and satisfaction. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a healthy and supportive work environment.
