Working with most people here is a pleasure, but an increasing number of talented people are resigning, which is negatively affecting the atmosphere

Kommunikation

There is too much 'silent post'! Topics are not kept confidential, and employees often receive information through unofficial channels rather than through official corporate communication.

As colleagues know each other for years already, nearly all of the them are hands-on and willing to help one another.

Work-Life-Balance

It varies greatly depending on the position and area. Many departments are understaffed and overloaded with too many tasks and projects simultaneously.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

It greatly depends on your supervisor. Some are excellent leaders, while others are weak superiors and do not show appreciation or say thanks for the hard work being done. This can be frustrating at times.
