Weak management. The organization can't find stability because the owner is chaotic and authoritarian.

Focused on the business. Have a strategy. Genuinely care about the employees, not just materially.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
It was better, but it's getting worse. Acquired companies are poorly integrated. Employees are starting to resign.
Kommunikation
Very bad. There's no official internal communication about important key personnel resigning. If there are personnel changes or alterations in individual departments, there's also no communication.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
At the lower and middle levels, things are going well. However, in the senior management, there seems to be a scramble for positions and influence among some individuals.
Work-Life-Balance
It depends on the position. Generally, however, by 5:30 PM, nobody is online anymore. Some pretend as if they always have to work so much on weekends from home, but whether that's believable or not is up for debate.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Very weak management (people & business). Especially in senior management and the board, there's a tendency towards yes-men because the owner has little tolerance for dissent, and individuals fear for their jobs.
Interessante Aufgaben
In terms of tasks and projects, it could be a great company, but you have to like the environment. Often, projects are abandoned halfway because the owner has changed his mind.

Hardware top, software flop.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The company cars are electric, but there are (too) many company flights, and the owner privately owns not just one gas-guzzler in the garage. So, there's a lot of show.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Good salary packages, benefits, company car, mobile phone, laptop, fitness center, canteen, kindergarten, bonuses... These things bind many to the company.

Due to personnel changes, there are good opportunities for advancement. Further education is supported, but one has to take care of it themselves.
