Good work environment, a lot to learn but benefits are not great for such a big company.

In my experience, when approached politely and with genuine interest, people are willing to share their knowledge and support.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I think transport possibilities ( the company is in the middle of a small town with very limited parking spots and apart from the pendlerpauschale there are no incentives for public transport or use of bikes), support for developing skills to grow and care for the health of workers. Sodexo is ok for white collar workers as they have choices and time to go out of the facilities, for blue collars there should be more healthy options, or instead of giving 5 euros per day, give a card with the full amount for the month so that people can buy groceries and cook their meals. There is a Kantine but I am not marking it because if people have the cjoice they dont go there. Basically Lerberkäse and pommes, it doesnt look too clean either.

I think there is a need for more care regarding the health of the workers. Food options are rather unhealthy and people smoke a lot. Onboarding process can be improved significantly in my experience and definition of tasks and scope of work.

Some people love it, others are miserable and always complaining, but I guess this is how it is everywhere. Plus the ones who complain do not seem to look much for other chances, so take the comments with a grain of salt.

There seems to be a lot of workera but not that many chances to move up in your own department, it seems that the chances for growth are more horizontal ( transferring to another department) rather than vertical, moving up in one's own department. Impressions after less than a year of work.
