In administration, there is sometimes a lack of clearly agreed objectives and, in some areas, a lack of personnel and IT solutions to achieve good performance and fulfil (external) requirements. There needs to be much more appreciation and sufficient budget for (external) training.

A lot of management work is done day to day. Strategy is mainly for research and less for the company itself. Some good managers. A few less experienced ones. Good leadership requires consistency and in-depth engagement with the topic. 3 locations make it more complicated than necessary.
