The highs were very high and enjoyable. When everyone is in a good mood, the time spent there is genuinely pleasant, making you think that things aren't so bad after all.

Please listen to the employees and take the obvious criticisms seriously to make improvements. This could really be a great workplace with a lot of changes.

Communication is inconsistent and often unclear. Information can change frequently, and different employees may receive conflicting messages. Important decisions, such as layoffs, occur without warning, adhering only to the legal minimum notice period. While there are mechanisms like mood trackers and JF sessions, they rarely lead to meaningful changes. Feedback from employees is often disregarded, and management tends to deflect criticism.

Colleagues and department heads create a strong sense of camaraderie, which was a key reason for staying as long as I did, even though everyone has now left.

Department heads frequently work to soften the impact of upper management’s directives to maintain staff morale. Upper management occasionally skips important meetings or appears distracted.

The work is varied, often requiring multitasking across multiple roles. This ensures a dynamic and unpredictable workday.

The office location is not convenient. Basic refreshments like tea and coffee are provided. The office lacks privacy and comfort, although height-adjustable desks are a plus. Home office is generally permitted but can be revoked for urgent tasks.

The company’s approach to environmental and social responsibility seems more about appearances than genuine commitment. For example, they prefer real Christmas trees over plastic alternatives but let it die.
