very flexible working hours and very good, open-minded atmosphere

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

promise to focus on "best argument wins" but honestly is too much dependant on who makes the argument...

Clear strategy for mid- to long-term future is missing, please do not preach sustainable growth as target when you mainly focus on short-term revenue gain

interdepartmental communication is lacking except for individual efforts

mostly very motivated to help your colleagues

very flexible working hours but expectation that extra effort is made from some positions

on a social/personal level very likeable but mainly decision-making and visionary leadership is lacking - decision-making is sometimes also arbitrary and does not follow logical arguments

very interesting opportunities as everyone is introduced to new responsibilities quickly

very open-minded and would give 5 stars if there were more women in higher leadership roles

great atmosphere people-wise but office is a storage facility, so...

relatively little done as cost efficiency is very important

generally on the lower end and really hard to negotiate for more even with reasonable arguments
