Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Personally I think what we sell is a great product and the team works hard on trying to grow the company. All the people are lovely and very friendly. The management team is very approachable and equal to the rest. Despite its weaknesses, it's a fun place to work at but I am not sure if the future is bright.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The management team of the company has big issues trusting people and guiding them. It's a culture of micro-management and over-ruling. A place where the CEO constantly overrules team decisions, the COO defines how long engineering tasks should take despite engineers stating different timelines themselves, and the other co-founder has challenges with wording and drains infinite time from members to create landing pages. Instead of growing their team's knowledge and coaching them they just always know better and overrule.
The company would probably need a more suitable management team that can lead this company in a bright future.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Tourradar has a work hard play hard atmosphere except people stopped working hard due to always being blamed by CEO for not working hard enough. In the office is a good atmosphere among team members.

Kommunikation

The leadership team continues to communicate very poorly. They try to be transparent and sometimes they share a lot of insights you would not hear in other companies. At the same time, you can always feel that something bad is about to happen and usually you can find it on someone's calendar.

Great team that is well connected and supportive of each other.

Work-Life-Balance

All in all, the balance is okay. You have to like a "always pressure on" atmosphere where everything is always urgent.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

The feedback culture is pretty weak and everyone wants to be friendly at all times and not hurt feelings. HR does a good job coaching executives to become better at giving feedback and helping develop people

The image to the outside I believe is still very good. Fewer and fewer of my colleagues think highly of the company.

Once in a while, I see people move departments or get promoted. HR helps a lot in trying to grow people
