Colleagues are friendly, helpful, committed, and totally overworked in all departments.

American way - no matter how much work and effort you put in (60-70h/week), you’ll only get complimented by your manager if they like you. But boy, don’t ever make a tiny mistake, I dare you!

Even internationally, colleagues are great. US Managers should learn about time zones though, it’s not that hard.
Work-Life-Balance
No matter the department, haven’t heard of anyone not working min. 150-200%.

Recruitment is a great example: Head of Rec had no hands-on experience actually recruiting, and got their basic infos from google searches.
It’s all about façade, keep a happy face, never criticize, just suck up the company “(solution) strategy” consisting of forecasts of potential revenue in 2-5 years.
Interessante Aufgaben
Since Tricentis went worldwide and is expanding still, people and tasks are definitely varied, interesting, and challenging.

What they offer in terms of education is awesome though, plus you’ll get 1 or 2 extra days “off” for education, but again, who has the time.
