Arbeitsatmosphäre
In former times the atmosphere was great, lots of people worked together to make the product better and then they hired new leadership which has been very bad. After this there was a "re-organization", probably the worst re-organization I have ever experienced in any company. The management of the engineering department was fired and for a month nobody knew what to do or who they reported to.
Kommunikation
This was always terrible and is even worse now. As an employee you only hear of big changes in the last second. Most of the meetings with management are without any useful content.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
It is very say because in former times this was the best part of Tricentis, now it is gone. Most people avoid official company tools to communicate. Almost everyone is looking for a different job.
Work-Life-Balance
In the past colleagues were motivated to push product forward, now you have management that only cares about money.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
C-level management is quite bad. Some of the new managers try hard but big problem is that the C-level management thinks everything made in former times is terrible and has no idea how to drive the product forward. If you like working for companies where management says it is "reducing waste" by firing people then this company is for you.
Interessante Aufgaben
Depends which team you are in. Some teams get to work with modern/web technologies but most work on a desktop client. Most of the product managers that were knowledgeable about the product have left the company so now it is dying.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Not that great, other companies are more flexible with parental leave or leave for education purposes.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The laptops for engineers are quite powerful, although they are a bit old. One can choose between two 27 inch monitors or one 4k monitor.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
There is no active program from the company, but you can take some time off charity work. However the new C-level management gets angry if employees take more than one week off at a time, so I don't know if one can really do this.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The pay was always below average most people stayed at the company because of the pleasant colleagues.
