Regarding salary increases and development: In order to create fairness and transparency, our salary adjustments always take place at the beginning of the year. Our future goal is to match the respective market average and we also offer a performance-related bonus that varies depending on the position/level of experience. Unfortunately, we do not offer a fixed development plan for every role, but this can be discussed individually during your mid-year and yearly review with your supervisor. In addition, we are always happy to receiving internal applications on our open vacancies.
