A very toxic workplace where you're only valued if you are in a management role
Arbeitsatmosphäre
You're valued based on the hours you work and not by the quality of your work. They change priorities, policies and org charts every month which you can feel has a very demotivating effect. There is no consistency whatsoever which is why long-term employees are quitting every week. When people quit (and in the past year a lot of them did) you are expected to take over their workload without any extra compensation, without even looking for a replacement. People who are in a management role can expect to have further promotions while people on the lower levels will never move forward. A lot of examples where there are head ofs but no team leads, as they refuse to promote. The company parties are fun though.
Kommunikation
Horrible communication, whenever there is a new policy or any sort of change, it is always "effective immediately", which makes planning very difficult.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I believe this is the only reason why people are still staying there, although more and more good and valuable people are leaving which is very demotivating. There is also a clear gap between management and employees who arent team leads.
Work-Life-Balance
Ideally you never leave the office before 6PM, otherwise you are looked at weirdly (even on a Friday). They change home office policies almost monthly, usually for the worse. They had mandatory Monday&Friday office days which clearly shows there is no trust in the employees, and they keep reducing home office days as well - again, always "effective immediately" so it's impossible to plan and organize your life. You are expected to have overtime as well.
Interessante Aufgaben
Another reason people might stay. You grow very quickly because you are given a lot of responsibility and a lot of different tasks very quickly. Everything also happens very fast so you need to be on top of your game to deliver results fast.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
MyClubs, in house canteen with reduced prices ( but in which you basically pay back from your own salary to the company as it's owned by waterdrop), company doctor, in house gym & classes. Salary is very average or below average for the hours and the zero flexibility.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
As mentioned, unless you are in a leadership position (or you were promised one earlier) you can not expect any career development. The speed of growing professionally knowledge-wise is not in par with your career development by far.
