You're valued based on the hours you work and not by the quality of your work. They change priorities, policies and org charts every month which you can feel has a very demotivating effect. There is no consistency whatsoever which is why long-term employees are quitting every week. When people quit (and in the past year a lot of them did) you are expected to take over their workload without any extra compensation, without even looking for a replacement. People who are in a management role can expect to have further promotions while people on the lower levels will never move forward. A lot of examples where there are head ofs but no team leads, as they refuse to promote. The company parties are fun though.
