Disappointing Experience in a Toxic Environment

Experience and Role:
Banking professional with over 11 years of experience.
Joined with the understanding that I would be managing projects for financial clients.
Challenges Faced:
Upon joining, discovered there were no existing clients.
Ended up using all my contacts to perform basic sales tasks.
No proper sales proposition was in place; I had to develop it from scratch.
Team strategy was nonexistent, and there was no transparent plan for company growth.
Company Culture:
Very few women in the company and slimy behavior towards women
Toxic atmosphere focused solely on billable hours rather than meaningful contributions.
Management views employees merely as revenue generators for clients.
Management Issues:
Managers do not contribute much to the work but pressure the team to deliver results.
Lack of clear strategy and transparency in sales activities.
Comparison to Industry Standards:
Compared to the Big Four firms, they do not offer better opportunities or benefits.
Personal Outcome:
Regret turning down another offer to join this company.
Advice: Save your time and avoid this organization.
