praise is rare, but a lot of criticism. Communication does not work so well, even within the teams. furthermore, within the team, people remain very distant and interest in team colleagues is almost non-existent.

not optimal. there is too little information and yet people are expected to know. sometimes the communication is not as friendly as it should be.

People talk a lot behind other people‘s backs - mostly negatively. little support / moving forward together.

one is overloaded with work. private appointments are not easy to arrange. absolutely not flexible.
