HR tries really hard to hire female but Managers make it almost clear that women do not have enough qualification for the role. They even prefer to modify the job description instead of hiring a woman. The recruiting process lasts more than 2 hours while the male manager had already taken his decision to hire somebody else (man) but tries to show to HR that he is neutral.They ask you thousand questions to make you believe that you will most probable get the role. Afterwards, they show one organigramme with "men only" and its the only very first moment that you realise that something is wrong. It is just a "show" to show that they are trying to provide women equal chances. Men have made a clique to protect their own interests. HR should try to change it if ever possible.
Another suggestion would be: do not invite women if you do not have any intention to hire them after all. They might use that time to feed their baby and thats exactly what Managers think.
