Honestly - this company won't change. Management prefers to replace staff like underwear than to work on themselves and improve.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Depends on the department - most people are very dissatisfied and demotivated! The company has a fluctuation of more than 70% which says everything!

Kommunikation

Communication is simply inexistent in this company!
Management does NOT answer e-mails for months!
Management is changing its opinion from one day to the next.
Management loves you on day 1 and hates you on day 2!
Mobbing exists and the misogynistic & sexistic behavior of few people is accepted, too.
When someone quits (what happens every month due to this tremendous fluctuation), colleagues won't get informed.
Management comes too late to meetings - almost ALWAYS and finds it funny that 20 people have to wait.

Work-Life-Balance

Some are working their asses off while others just chill!

Vorgesetztenverhalten

The leaders of this company have no clue of modern managerial behaviour! It is very hierarchic and other opinions are NOT welcome. Most managers in this company are extremely egocentric, have no empathy, just talk about themselves and are far from being good leaders.
Especially, the head of sales has no clue of leading people. He thinks that a company does not have any democratic character and that he is the one who says what's going on. Fun fact: numbers are dramatically decreasing since he is part of the company.
The leaders trust people who tell them what they want to hear. This company could be much more successful - but the leaders are constantly taking wrong decisions.

Gleichberechtigung

Would you say there is equality in a company when men get promoted much faster than women? Would you say there is equality when men are making stupid jokes about women? Would you say there is equality when few men are making sexistic comments and the management just ignores them?
I wouldn't.

Customers still like the services because they don't know what's going on inside the company. In the sector, the image is decreasing dramatically.
